With decades of industry experience, Rick previously served as a Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing plant for 27 years before spending 1½ years in TSM building materials. He joined NCP Industries over two years ago, where his expertise and leadership continue to make a significant impact on operations.

Family is an important part of Rick’s life. He and his wife are proud parents of three children and enjoy spending time with their many grandchildren. Following them around to their many sporting events is a highlight in their free time and something they both truly enjoy. Adding to the family dynamic is a Yellow Lab hunting dog that brings plenty of energy and adventure.

In his spare time, Rick is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He also loves air boating and relaxing on the river with friends and family.
