Meet Jon Hall, a valuable member and Sales Manager of our NCP sales department. With his expertise and dedication, Jon plays a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth.

Jon brings a wealth of experience to NCP Industries, having successfully managed retail stores across multiple states, including Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Kansas. In the mid-1990s, he joined Greenfiber, an insulation company, as part of their esteemed sales team. With his strong background in sales and customer relations, Jon is well-equipped to excel in his role at NCP Industries.

What Jon enjoys most about working at NCP is the opportunity to collaborate with a remarkable team of individuals, both internally and externally. Building relationships and delivering exceptional service to customers are his driving forces, ensuring that NCP Industries continues to thrive in the market.

Outside of work, Jon finds joy in his family. He and his wife have four daughters and many grandchildren who keep them happily busy.

When Jon is not exceeding sales targets, he enjoys his favorite hobbies of gardening and fishing. Whether tending to his plants or casting a line, he finds relaxation and fulfillment in these activities.
