With over 30 years of experience in finance and corporate development, Jeff Vaske brings a strategic and results-driven approach to NCP Industries. As CFO and Director of Corporate Development, Jeff plays a critical role in driving financial growth and sustainability for the company. He is passionate about expanding NCP’s industry impact and fostering innovation in eco-friendly building solutions.

Jeff also is the founder and President of Charter Hill Partners, where he advises corporate clients throughout the United States on strategy and corporate finance matters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska and studied international economics at Oxford University. He remains connected to his alma mater through his long-standing involvement with the UNL Center for Entrepreneurship, where he recently completed a seven-year term as chair of the advisory board.

When he’s not focused on financial strategy, Jeff enjoys golfing, catching up with friends over dinner, and making his annual summer trip to Chicago for Cubs games. With a busy schedule full of events and family gatherings, he embraces the spontaneity of life and cherishes time spent laughing with loved ones.

Jeff lives with his rescue dog, Auggie, and is the proud father of two adult children, Ben and Ashley.
