Gary Kessler brings more than 20 years of sales experience to NCP Industries, along with a deep understanding of the dealer, distributor, and manufacturing landscape. His career began in in-home sales after a rewarding run in the restaurant industry, where he worked at every level and developed the strong work ethic and customer-first mindset that still define him today.

Throughout his career, Gary has successfully navigated in-home sales, dealer networks, distribution channels, and manufacturing partnerships—giving him a well-rounded perspective that benefits both NCP and its customers. He is passionate about expanding the market, introducing NCP products to new dealers and contractors, and helping build lasting relationships across his territory.

What Gary loves most about NCP Industries is the small-company culture and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. He’s excited to be part of the company’s growth and looks forward to helping make NCP products household names for years to come.

Outside of work, Gary has been married for nearly 30 years and is a proud father to his son, Bry—named after the colors on the Pittsburgh Steelers logo (yes, he’s a diehard Steelers fan). The Kessler household includes two dogs and two cats—all rescues, as Gary and his family are committed to adopting rescue animals.

In his spare time, you’ll find Gary golfing with his son, skiing, coaching sports, or cheering from the sidelines at lacrosse games. Family, sports, and building strong teams—on and off the field—are what drive him most.
