Brenna Wragge is an integral part of the NCP Industries team, taking on a multifaceted role that keeps the office running smoothly. She handles day-to-day accounting and customer service tasks, while also managing order processing, retail sales, invoicing, and much more. What Brenna loves most about working at NCP is the team-oriented atmosphere, where collaboration and unity thrive.

At NCP, Brenna is committed to building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and everyone she interacts with. She genuinely enjoys connecting with callers, taking the time to listen, assist, and deliver exceptional service with every interaction.

After graduating high school in 2018, Brenna spent two years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) before joining NCP Industries in 2020. In May 2022, she earned her Associate’s degree in Applied Science, further strengthening her skills and knowledge in her field.

Brenna lives on a busy farm with her husband and their two children, surrounded by cows, horses, dogs, and cats, so there’s never a dull moment. Life on the farm is always full of energy and a little bit of chaos.

In her spare time, Brenna enjoys helping out on the farm and spending quality time with friends. She loves boating, soaking up the sun on the water, and experimenting with new recipes she finds on Pinterest, even if it means using every dish in the kitchen. Her favorite holiday is the Fourth of July, which she celebrates lakeside, and she has a soft spot for nostalgic childhood movies, often using her little cousin as the perfect excuse to rewatch them.

Brenna’s vibrant personality, dedication to customer satisfaction, and ability to juggle many responsibilities make her an invaluable asset to the NCP Industries team.
