Beau Collison serves as the Vice President at NCP Industries, where his role focuses on creating new products and developing innovative equipment for the team. He finds great satisfaction in contributing to the company’s forward-thinking solutions and driving product innovation.

Beau’s journey began when he graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Construction Management. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience in a variety of roles, each contributing to his expertise in work ethic, materials, and design principles. His diverse background and commitment to continuous learning have shaped him into a knowledgeable and resourceful leader.

Outside of work, Beau treasures his family life. He is married and the proud father of three busy kids, with whom he shares a love of sports and the outdoors. Hunting and fishing are cherished family pastimes that create lasting memories together. Beau also has a deep love for dogs and enjoys training and working with them. Passionate about giving back, he volunteers his time coaching youth basketball, football, and wrestling programs in his community.
