Barb Putters is a vital member of the NCP Industries team, bringing expertise to the roles of Office Administration and HR. With a passion for working in a family-based business, she uses her organizational skills to support both her colleagues and customers, helping to drive the company forward. Barb has an extensive background in advertising, having worked for a grocery wholesaler that served over 800 independent grocery retailers across 15 states, followed by several years in hotel operations, assisting with the management of three properties.

Barb has been married to her husband, Jay, a 3rd-generation jeweler, for many years, and together they own the family jewelry business. They have one son who is married with four boys. Barb enjoys spending time in her craft room working on embroidery and paper crafts during the winter and relaxing by the lake and camping in the summer. She’s always eager to learn new things and is known for trying new recipes on family and friends. A lifelong learner, Barb thrives on discovering new hobbies and interests.

Barb is truly the lifeline of the office. She makes every employee feel special and valued, and she goes out of her way to warmly welcome anyone who stops in or calls on the phone.
