Drawing from a wealth of experience, Rick served as a Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing plant for an impressive 27 years. Following that, he spent 1 1/2 years in TSM building materials before joining NCP Industries, where he has been a valuable contributor for 2 1/2 years. His extensive background and expertise make him an invaluable asset to our operations.
In his family and home life, Rick has been happily married for 37 years and is the proud parent of three children. He is also blessed with the joy of seven grandchildren, bringing abundant love and laughter into his life. Adding to the family dynamic is a Yellow Lab hunting dog, who adds a touch of adventure to their days.
During his spare time, Rick finds pleasure in engaging in various activities. He is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying the thrill of competitive games and matches. Hunting and fishing allow him to immerse himself in nature and pursue his passion for the outdoors. Additionally, he takes delight in air boating, and spending time on the river with friends and family.
