Jose Sanchez

Jose Sanchez is an invaluable member of the NCP Industries team, serving as our Nebraska Production Supervisor.  With his extensive experience, Jose plays a pivotal role in overseeing the production of all the fantastic products that we create.

Having been a part of our company since its early years, Jose's commitment and hard work have made him an integral part of our manufacturing facility.  He has risen through the ranks to become a trusted leader which exemplifies his determination to grow alongside our company and contribute to its success.

As a Production Supervisor, Jose takes charge of a team of several plant employees, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our facility.  Forklift certified, CPR/AED certified, handy with equipment, and bilingual,  Jose's education and quick thinking enable him and his team to address challenges promptly and efficiently. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Jose's dedication extends to his personal life. He is a husband and father to two children—a boy and a girl—and shares his home with a beloved pet guinea pig. In his free time, Jose embraces his adventurous side, with a love for blowing things up on the 4th of July, doesn't pass up a good taco, and enjoys thrilling movies.
