Jon brings a wealth of experience to NCP Industries, having successfully managed retail stores across multiple states, including Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Kansas. In the mid-1990s, he joined Greenfiber, an insulation company, as part of their esteemed sales team. With his strong background in sales and customer relations, Jon is well-equipped to excel in his role at NCP Industries.
What Jon enjoys most about working at NCP is the opportunity to collaborate with a remarkable team of individuals, both internally and externally. Building relationships and delivering exceptional service to customers are his driving forces, ensuring that NCP Industries continues to thrive in the market.
Outside of work, Jon finds joy in his family. He and his wife have been happily married for 37 years, and together they have four daughters, two granddaughters, and one grandson.
When Jon is not busy exceeding sales targets, he indulges in his favorite hobbies. Gardening and fishing provide him with a sense of fulfillment. Whether tending to his plants or casting a line in the water, Jon finds much-deserved relaxation in these activities.
